Police are searching for two men who stole hundreds of pounds from a Swansea shop on Saturday. Officers say the men entered Dylan’s Wine Merchants in Sketty at around 11.50am, where one wielded a shotgun and ordered the shopkeeper to hand over money.

Police investigating an armed robbery at a wine merchants in Sketty, Swansea have released an E-fit picture of one of the men wanted in connection with the offence.

The men, dressed in fluorescent overalls, entered Dylan’s Wine Merchants at around 11.50am on February 2nd. One wielded a shotgun, and ordered the shopkeeper to hand over money.

They left with hundreds of pounds, along with a van belonging to the shop.

"Several active lines of enquiry are being pursued" says Detective Inspector Darren George.

“I am keen to hear from anyone who was in the Dillwyn Road area of Sketty between 10am and 12.30pm on Saturday or the Briar Dene area of Sketty Park where the van was later deposited".
