George North scored the only try in Paris, as Wales beat France 16-6. It put an end to a run of eight successive defeats for Wales, and got their Six Nations campaign off and running after the opening weekend defeat to Ireland.

Wales have beaten France to end their long losing streak, and belatedly get their Six Nations challenge off and running.

George North scored the only try of the game in Paris, finishing expertly after a kick through from Dan Biggar.

Leigh Halfpenny added three penalties and a conversion, as France registered only two Frederic Michalak penalties.
