Cardiff Council has confirmed it will work on a bid to bring the 2026 Commonwealth Games to Cardiff.
The latest draft plans for the city, published following a meeting of the council's Economy & Culture Scrutiny Committee, reveal plans to "develop a bid to host the Commonwealth Games that delivers immediate and lasting benefits".
