Fears for the future of Newport's Medieval Ship
The future of the Newport Medieval Ship is in doubt because the council needs to make cuts in order to balance its books. Volunteers have dedicated more than 10 years to saving the ship.
It was discovered on the riverfront area of the city and 17,000 timbers had to be excavated and moved.
