Grey start, brighter later

For many it was a cloudy, murky and misty start to the weekend, but things should brighten later. The cloud for many will break and the mist should burn back. Highs of 8-9C and the breeze will be light so should feel pleasant in the sunnier spells.

Tonight the clear spells allow for some patchy frost to develop and with light winds some mist may also form. Temperatures down to 0C, a little milder further west.

Once any mist burns back it will be a fine start to Sunday, albeit chilly. The winds turn to a more continental south easterly direction so even with the sunshine it will start to feel a touch cooler. Highs of 6-8C, so slightly cooler than today.
