Police officer denies attempted rape charge
A police officer from North Wales has denied a charge of attempted rape and two charges of indecent assault on a girl aged under 16.
PC Gary Donnelly, from Llandudno, appeared in Mold Crown Court this morning. He is currently suspended from North Wales Police.
The charges date back to 2002.
A trial date has been set for September.
