The cold weather continues with not much let up in sight and not much in the way of winter sunshine as consolation!
This afternoon sees more overcast flat grey cloud across much of the country. Further west the hills help to break this up a little to give some brighter spells and Anglesey may hold on to some of the sun it it had this morning. A cold day with highs of just 2-4C feeling cooler still in the breeze.
Tonight the temperatures edge lower, down to minus 2. As the air is quite dry there shouldn't be much white frost to be scraping off the car in the morning.
Saturday is almost an identical repeat of Friday...plenty of cloud, brighter in the west. There may be the odd snow flurry from time to time but that's all. Temperatures are the same too, with highs of 2-5C but feeling close to or just below zero in the breeze.
