A man who has admitted endangering passenger safety when his hay lorry and trailer was hit by a train at a level crossing will be sentenced today.
Oswald Davies, 49, failed to alert a signalman by phone that he was about to use a crossing and was hit by a commuter train in December 2011.
More than two dozen passengers were injured in the collision at Llanboidy level crossing near Whitland, west Wales.
