Bright and breezy, but chilly too!

Today: Mainly cloudy with hill fog and patchy drizzle, with the chilly northeasterly breeze continuing. It should become dry later, with some bright or sunny intervals in the west, perhaps spreading in from the northeast to other areas late on. Maximum Temperature 8 °C.

Tonight: Clearer and colder for many than of late, with a slight frost possible. The far north may see fog patches form in the lighter winds here. Minimum Temperature -2 °C.

Thursday: Early fog patches clearing to leave a much drier and brighter day than of late, with light winds, although it may cloud over in the south later. Maximum Temperature 11 °C.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday: Mainly dry with some sunny spells, although cloud will be fairly extensive at times, perhaps coupled with patchy drizzle. Rather on the cold side, with occasional overnight frosts likely inland.
