Tributes paid to Wrexham pensioner Glynis Solmaz
The family of a pensioner found dead at her Wrexham home eight days ago have paid tribute to her.
Glynis Solmaz, 65, was discovered by police at her Caia Park estate home on February 20.
Daughters Donna and Paula said they were 'absolutely devastated' at the loss of their mother, whom they said would be 'very deeply missed'.
They added: “Mum was a very popular, bubbly person with a huge heart. We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and support from family, friends and neighbours and we would like to thank each and every one of them, as well as North Wales Police, for all the compassion shown to us.”
Two men today appeared before a crown court judge charged with murder and conspiracy to burgle. They were remanded in custody.
