Tributes have been paid to a man killed in a car crash on Anglesey yesterday morning.
Philip James Pilbeam's family say he was a kind and sociable man looking forward setting up home with his girlfriend and newborn son.
Meanwhile a 23 year old arrested after the collision has been released on police bail.
