Police appeal for absconded man Richard Maddern-Hazel
South Wales Police have issued an appeal for information on the whereabouts of 29-year-old Richard Maddern-Hazel.
He was on a "supervised escorted visit" to Wood St, Cardiff on March 6th when he absconded at around 3.50pm.
Mr Maddern-Hazel is white, around 5ft 6 in height, with brown hair and blue eyes.
A police spokesperson said anyone who sees him should ring 999.
