Prop Gethin Jenkins has been handed the Wales captaincy for Saturday's England clash.
The 32-year-old Toulon prop has recently recovered from a calf muscle injury to win his 98th cap. He will take the place of Paul James in the front-row.
Jenkins has been named captain following Ryan Jones' shoulder injury in last weekend's Scotland game.
