For a while this morning it was dry everywhere across Wales, but the showers are gathering to the west and set to march across the country during the afternoon.
Amongst the brighter spells will be some hefty showers with some wintry and others heavy and thundery. It will feel cool with highs of 6-8C.
Overnight the showers will become more restricted to coastal districts, further inland it will be drier with a few clear spells. Temperatures fall to around 1C, low enough for some slippery roads and pavements to develop and a widespread ground frost.
Sunday will be similar to Saturday with scattered showers to the west spreading across the country during the day. There will be some sunny spells mixed in which will make the cool temperatures feel a little more pleasant. Highs again of 6-8C.
