Overnight the showers from today become more scattered, it will be cold and as a result those showers could be wintry and fall on surfaces that then turn icy. Lows of -1C
Monday sees wintry showers in the north east and south east of Wales, elsewhere it's generally dry and cloudy. Into the afternoon the wintry showers in the northeast become more widespread across central and western areas. There will be some brighter spells and showers further south.
Monday starts cold with highs of 5-8C and that will continue for much of the week. There will be plenty of showers around but these will begin to die down. That's a sign that there's an Atlantic rain band heading our way for Thursday into Friday.
