Early morning stabbing in Prestatyn

North Wales Police are appealing for information after a 26 year old was attacked in Prestatyn. Police say that around five men are thought to have been involved in the 'altercation' that took place on Seabank Drive this morning.

At about 6.40am this morning, Monday 18th March an altercation took place between about five men in Seabank Drive, Prestatyn resulting in one of the group, a 26 year old local man, being attacked with a knife and sustaining ‘slash’ type injuries to his arm which, fortunately, are not serious.

Following the attack the man’s assailants, all of whom were dressed casually and aged in their 20’s and 30’s, made off from the area.
