North Wales Police say they are "increasingly concerned" for the welfare of a Wrexham man who has been missing from home since Monday.
Kevin Wyburn Williams, 49, was last seen at around 6pm on March 25th after leaving Wrexham Maelor Hospital. He had been treated at the A and E department following a fall.
Mr Williams spoke to his brother by phone at around 7pm on that day, but has not been heard from since.
Police describe him as white, 5’8” tall,of thin build, with short grey hair. He is clean shaven, has blue eyes and walks with a limp.
