Cwmcarn pupils to return after £1m spend

Pupils at Cwmcarn school, which closed after an asbestos scare, say it's been a struggle travelling to Ebbw Vale for lessons. The school will reopen in September after a clean-up operation.

Asbestos school to reopen

Cwmcarn High School is to reopen, after Caerphilly councillors agreed a £1m plan to remove asbestos at the site and provide temporary classrooms. Its hoped pupils could be back on site in September.
