Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board has introduced "special staff MMR vaccination clinics".
They have been running at Morriston Hospital in Swansea since Saturday, between 8am and 8pm daily.
There are also MMR staff vaccination sessions in the occupational health departments at the four hospitals in the area.
The health board is encouraging any members of its staff "who are not immune, or who have not had two doses of MMR immunisation" to get vaccinated, as they "at risk of catching measles and spreading it to others."
2013 is expected to be the worst year for measles in the UK for the past two decades. Read more about the illness and how it is treated.
If the Government's top adviser on immunisation thinks the risk of an emergency in England is a possibility, I believe him.
