Welsh Secretary: Rowecord administration "very worrying"

Welsh Secretary David Jones says it's "very worrying" that Newport-based steel contractor Rowecord is to go into administration.

"It was a business that had done very well in the past. There will be a lot of people in that area extremely concerned for their jobs," he added.

Employees at Newport engineering firm Rowecord are facing an uncertain future after administrators were called in this morning. Rowecord's projects include the Aquatic Centre for the London Olympics and Cardiff City Stadium.
