Fireworks and live music at Cardiff City celebrations

Cardiff City's Football League Champions celebrations kick off with live music and entertainment in Cardiff Bay on Sunday.

An event to mark the club's promotion to the Premier League and their championship title will be held in Roald Dahl Plass from 3pm.

Malky Mackay and the Cardiff City squad will be at Cardiff Castle from around 5.45pm where they will greet supporters, before heading on to High Street with the Football League Trophy and boarding an open top bus for the parade.

The parade will go down St Mary Street in to Callaghan Square, Lloyd George Avenue and into the bay to join the celebrations. A reception will be held at the Senedd at around 7pm before the team is presented with the trophy on stage in Roald Dahl Plass at around 8.30pm.

A firework display will bring the celebrations to a close at around 9pm.
