Mold Crown Court is hearing evidence from a friend of April Jones who was playing with her at the time she went missing.
She is appearing via video link from Aberystwyth.
The judge, Mr Justice Griffith-Williams, asks her how old she is, and she confirms she is seven.
The court is then played an interview recorded with the witness on Tuesday 2 October, just before 5.20 - less than 24 hours after April went missing.
She is seen holding a toy rabbit in the interview.
