A terraced house in Nantymoel, which went up for auction with a £0 reserve price, has sold for £19,000.

The three-bedroom Victorian house was described by auctioneers, Paul Fosh Auctions, as 'little more than a shell' with no roof tiles and is currently uninhabitable.

The property went under the hammer last night and finally sold for £19,000.
