Five months ago, Welsh MP Ann Clwyd was asked by the Prime Minister to review the complaints system for NHS hospitals in England. The Cynon Valley MP had complained bitterly about the lack of care she felt her late husband had received here at Wales' largest hospital.

She's received thousands of letters about shocking standards in the NHS and hundreds from people in Wales.
