Swansea City lost 4-1 at home to Manchester United on the opening day of the new premier league season.
It was the first league match for new Manchester United manager David Moyes and the visitors claimed a 1-0 lead in the 34th minute when Robin van Persie found the back of the net. A second goal for the champions followed just two minutes later courtesy of Danny Welbeck.
In the second half, Robin van Persie put United 3-0 in front in the 72nd minute. But Swansea City's new signing Wilfried Bony secured the home side a consolation goal 10 minutes from the final whistle, before Welbeck responded with another.
