Administrators say more than 500 jobs have been lost after a curtains company based in Flintshire ceased to trade.
KPMG say a fall in sales left Mongomery Tomlinson, which has a factory and warehouse at Bretton, near Broughton, critically short of cash.
146 people were employed at the Flintshire operation.
