Athletes head to Bath ahead of Special Olympics

Members of Team Wales headed off to the Special Olympics from Cardiff, Bangor and Haverfordwest this morning. The opening ceremony takes place in Bath later, with the games actually kicking off tomorrow.

Welsh team at Special Olympics

Welsh athletes won 74 gold, 48 silver and 54 bronze medals at the Special Olympics National Summer Games in Bath.
