After the gloom around earlier in the week, Saturday turned out nicely with plenty of sunny spells around and the good news is that the settled weather is set to continue for a few days.
High pressure is nearby well into next week which should give us some more sunshine and improving temperatures.
Overnight we swap sunny spells for clear spells. Temperatures in towns and cities drop to 10C but in rural areas we could see the mercury dip to 5-6C making it one of the chilliest nights in a long while.
Sunday will be much like Saturday with plenty of sunny spells around but expect more cloud around at times. Temperatures will be much like Saturday with highs of 19C, a little cooler in the north west of Wales with the wind.
The sunny spells continues over the next few days with the wind dying down and temperatures increasing so that by Wednesday we could see highs of 23C.
