A fixed speed camera in Newport has been named as the second highest-grossing in the UK, notching up an incredible £1.4m in speeding fines in the last three years.
23,582 motorists have been caught by the camera on the Kingsway during that time.
The news has had a mixed reaction with drivers in the city.
