86 people have been charged by detectives as part of a so called 'crash for cash' investigation into allegations of motor insurance fraud.
Detectives working with specialist insurance fraud experts in Gwent have spent two years working on the inquiry.
It is one of the largest scale investigations of its kind ever seen in Wales.
