South Wales Police has released this video, which shows officers raiding houses in Cardiff, to arrest suspected drug dealers.
Detective Chief Inspector Tony Brown says Operation Foxtrot means "taking drugs off the street, putting the dealers in prison, cleaning areas where drugs deals have taken place, and providing support to drug users."
The operation was run by the police, Cardiff Council and Cardiff & Vale University Health Board, with support being offered for drug users.
