A memorial service has been held to mark the first anniversary of the death of a mother killed by a van driver in Cardiff. Karina Menzies was a victim of a series of hit and runs around the city, which left seventeen others injured.
Matthew Tvrdon admitted manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility and was detained under the Mental Health Act. Alexandra Lodge reports.
