A service is being held to mark the anniversary of a hit-and-run tragedy in Cardiff last year. Karina Menzies was killed and eleven people were injured when a van driver went on a rampage through Ely last October.
Karina's family, members of the community and some of the victims will light candles at the Church of the Resurrection in Ely.
