There are four France-based players in Wales' autumn internationals squad - James Hook, Mike Phillips, Luke Charteris and Dan Lydiate.
Paul James and George North, who play their rugby in England, are also included.
Craig Mitchell, Rhys Gill, Alex Cuthbert and Jamie Roberts are out injured.
Former Wales captain Matthew Rees is also not considered, after his club Cardiff Blues announced this morning he will have an enforced spell away from rugby, to undergo testicular surgery.
Wales face South Africa, Argentina, Tonga and Australia at the Millennium Stadium next month.
