The long awaited report by Welsh MP Ann Clwyd into how complaints are handled in the NHS will be published later. The Prime Minister asked her to conduct the review earlier this year after she spoke emotionally about the treatment her husband received in a Welsh hospital.
Although the focus of the report is on the NHS in England, Ann Clwyd has received a number of stories about the NHS in Wales. The Welsh Government is likely to face pressure to fall in line with Mrs Clwyd's recommendations.
