Students in Cardiff are being warned not to get involved in cigarette smuggling after parcels containing non-duty paid foreign brands were seized within the last two weeks.
Kathryn Corcoran from HM Revenue and Customs says smuggling "funds organised crime" and that students who are getting involved are risking getting a criminal record.
