Nearly two thirds of adults in Wales are overweight by their early forties. That's higher than both England and Scotland with more men than women carrying the extra pounds!
Research by the University of London shows 37% on adults in Wales are overweight by the time they're 42, with 26% obese. Compare that to 21% of adults in England who are obese by the same time.
