The father of a seven year old boy from Cardiff has accused hospital staff of panicking when his son fell unconscious after heart surgery.
Luke Jenkins died three days after suffering a cardiac arrest. His father, Stephen, today questioned the hospital's care, attention and staffing levels when giving evidence at the start of his son's inquest. Richard Payne reports.
