Elephant Parade National Tour comes to Cardiff

Fourteen full-size baby elephant statues have arrived in Wales to raise awareness of the plight of Asian elephants threatened by extinction.

The three-week visit is part of the Elephant Parade National Tour, which has seen the statues dotted all over the country.

The colourful elephants have been designed by artists, businesses and celebrities, including The One Show's Alex Jones.

The statues are situated at eight locations across Cardiff, namely The Wales Millennium Centre, Central Library, St David's Hall, St David's Centre, Sherman Theatre, Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Techniquest and Cardiff International White Water.
