In tonight's episode, Hannah Thomas visits the Royal Welsh Winter Fair at the Llanelwedd showground in Builth Wells.
It's a smaller affair than the Royal Welsh Show which is held in the Summer, but still attracts thousands of people.
It proclaims itself to be the 'best primestock event in the UK', and is seen more as a chance for the countryside community to get together rather than a showcase.
Hannah meets some of the farmers there, and gets into the festive spirit.
Also in tonight's programme, Ruth Wignall visits a 'Druid's Circle' as she continues her journey along the Wales Coast Path.
She'll be walking the hills above Penmaenmawr in North Wales, with her guide David Bathers.
Andrew Price will be experiencing life on a smallholding as he spends time with husband and wife team Rob and Fiona Park at Cwmcrwth Farm near Llandeilo.
Watch the final episode in the series tonight at 8pm on ITV Cymru Wales.
