The Halo Foods factory at Tywyn in Gwynedd will close today, with the loss of 105 jobs.
The company is moving production to its plant at Newport in South Wales.
It says all employees have been offered the chance to relocate, including financial support. A support hub in Tywyn will stay open until the New Year.
