British Transport Police have released CCTV images after claims of threatening behaviour against a 14-year-old schoolboy and his 11-year-old sister.

It happened at around 3.30pm on Monday, 9th December, at Llanbradach rail station.

Investigating officer, PC Mike Watson, said:

“The victims were walking across the footbridge at Llanbradach station and reported that two people walking in front of them – a man and a woman – repeatedly turned around and stared at them.

“When challenged by one of the victims as to why they kept staring at them, the man turned and threatened to punch the 14-year-old boy in the face and verbally abused the girl, who was only 11.

“This was a cowardly act carried out on two young children who were clearly vulnerable due to their age.”

The man, is described as white, 5ft 8in, in his early to mid 20s and of slim build.

The second person officers would like to speak to is a white woman, around 5ft 6in, approximately 18 or 19 years old and of slim build with long black hair.
