The body of a man recovered from the River Usk in Newport on Thursday has been formally identified as 30-year-old Ben Caplan.
Mr Caplan, who worked for the South Wales Argus, had been missing since Sunday 8th December. Police had received reports of someone entering the river at Caerleon Bridge on the night he disappeared.

Local authorities said the move is necessary to "avert the growing number of deaths and increasing harm linked to psychoactive substances".
