Warren Gatland's side ran in seven tries in all, against a visiting side that was reduced to 14 men when Stuart Hogg was sent off.
George North and Jamie Roberts scored two each, and Liam Williams, Taulupe Faletau and Rhodri Williams also crossed, as Wales were rewarded for playing thrilling attacking rugby.
