Police are investigating the 'suspicious' death of a man whose body was found, partially submerged, in the River Taff in Cardiff.
They were alerted after an anonymous call from a phone box in Grangetown. They say he may have suffered a head injury.
In a separate incident a man has died after a fire in a bungalow in the Glenfields area of Caerphilly.
It broke out shortly after 7 last night.
The man was taken to hospital where he later died. An investigation is underway.
