A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the discovery of a man's body partly submerged in the River Taff in Grangetown, Cardiff.
The dead man has been named as David Alun Lewis, 45, from Ystrad Mynach.
Police were alerted by an anonymous call made just before midnight on Wednesday from a phone kiosk on Clare Road, Grangetown.
A post mortem examination is continuing to find the cause of Mr Lewis' death.
