Prime Minister joins attack on Labour in Wales

The Prime Minister has joined the attack on Labour's management of public services in Wales, in his speech to the Welsh Conservatives Spring Conference in Llangollen.

David Cameron criticised their handling of education here, also focusing on the NHS - and saying "when Offa's Dyke becomes the line between life and death we are witnessing a national scandal."
