Pensioner could have 'survived' if operated on sooner

An inquest has been told that a businessman from Pembrokeshire "would probably have survived" if he had been operated on sooner.

The suggestion has been made at a coroner's court hearing into the death of Malcolm Green who died at Withybush hospital. Dean Thomas reports.
