Relatives of an 82-year-old businessman from Pembrokeshire, whom a coroner ruled did not receive 'optimum care' while in hospital, have welcomed the verdict at the conclusion of his inquest today.
Malcolm Green died from complications following an operation at Withybush Hospital in 2012.
The hospital had admitted 'avoidable and unacceptable delays' in his care.
