Warren Gatland has named his Wales side for the first game of this month's tour of South Africa on Tuesday, with Matthew Morgan, Jordan Williams and Steven Shingler all due to win his first cap.
22-year-old Ospreys back Morgan will start at full back against Eastern Province Kings, after impressing off the bench for the Possibles against the Probables in the trial game last week.
Scarlets winger Jordan Williams, 20, will also make his first start - with clubmate Shingler at inside centre.
The final uncapped player in the squad, scrum-half Gareth Davies, is on the bench.
Dan Lydiate will captain Wales in Port Elizabeth, after returning from a hamstring injury. James Hook has been picked in his favoured position of fly-half.
The first Test against South Africa is next Saturday.
